The purchaser accepts that he/she is responsible for checking all importation and local customs and medical use regulations to ensure compliance within their home country. The purchaser also agrees to pay any additional import/tax fees .

It depends on where you are and what shipping method you pick. UK Next day delivery is available for any orders before 4pm Monday to Friday. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. With a tracking number provided once our courier service has your item.

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for the majority of our UK orders but in rare circumstances we may have to use another provider.  Orders overseas to European countries are also carried out by Royal Mail who may use a local partner in your area. With orders to America mainly use DPD, TNT or Parcel Force, however there are circumstances when we might have to use a different courier.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is a product that is shipped at a later date where you can save 5% for not needing your order instantly, without the need for a discount code.

What if I have products that are in stock as well as pre-order items in my order, can they be shipped separately?

In stock items will be shipped with the pre-order stock and cannot be shipped earlier unless you pay a second shipment fee. That said, talk to your account manager or email as it may be discounted.

We always aim to make sure our customers are happy with their products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.

The product you are returning must be in an unopened and unused condition and notify us that you want to return it to us within 48 hours of purchase.
